President of the Chilean Senate Zaldívar, working.
That same Senate stands on the undemocratic and illegitimate Chilean Constitution, which was imposed under state terrorism of the Pinochet dictatorship.
With what morality and ethics dare to condemn a Constituent Process whose initiative and scope of powers is clearly foreseen in Articles 1: 347, 348 and 349 of the Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela?
It should be recalled that the Magna Carta of the Republic of Chile does not provide any possibility of convening the Constituent Power to draft a new Constitution, not provided for the Original Power of the People. This Constitution is perfectly tailored to protect the large private property of a few. Social rights are horribly unprotected and all are mercantile. The spaces of democratic participation are minimal and merely formal, so what moral authority do they call a dictatorship to Venezuela?
Perhaps many were surprised when Russia, in response to US sanctions, expelled about 800 "diplomats" from its territory. The surprise was caused by the response of President Trump, who thanked Putin for that gesture. Trump explained that his plans included a decline in State Department staff both in Washington and abroad and that Putin's action had saved him some of the work. Although this is a sarcasm, to some extent, it coincides with Trump's plans.
Shall we end up thanking Trump? Let's take a closer look at this.

We commemorate a new anniversary of Simón Jose Antonio de la Santísima Trinidad Bolívar and Palacios, who was born in Caracas, Venezuela, on July 24, 1783, and died in Santa Marta, Colombia, on December 17, 1830.
During his twenty years of revolutionary activity, Bolivar developed a complex thought. In the first phase (1810-1819) it reflected the Spanish-American awakening: it led the "Admirable Campaign", wrote the "Letter of Jamaica" (1815), promoted the Congress of Angostura (1819), promoted triumphs in Apure, Boyacá, Carabobo, Bomboná, Pichincha, Junín and Ayacucho. He maintained: "We are not Europeans, we are not Indians, but a medium species between the aborigines and the Spaniards. Americans by birth and Europeans by rights, we are in the conflict of disputing to the natives the titles of possession and of maintaining us in the country that gave birth to us, against the opposition of the invaders; So our case is the most extraordinary and complicated. " And he warned: "I wish ... to see in America the greatest nation in the world."
Andrés Valenzuela: Confessions of a security agent
Andres Valenzuela,Alias Papudo
In November 1984, the military regime decreed a state of siege and closed the opposition magazines, including Cauce. It was tried to prevent the publication of the interview that Mónica González, current director of CIPER, made to Andrés Valenzuela (Papudo), active non-officer of the Fach and agent of the Joint Command. In December it was published by El Diario de Caracas, in Venezuela. This is the version of the dialogue in which, for the first time and in the middle of dictatorship, a soldier revealed how the security services tortured, murdered and disappeared the opponents. A testimony that over the years was confirmed point by point in court.
He was one of the most relevant theater directors of his time. As part of the New Chilean Song, it became a reference for national music. But his communist militancy and his support for the government of Salvador Allende condemned him: on September 12, 1973, he was arrested at the Technical University of the State and taken to Chile Stadium, where he was assassinated days later.
